Title: Fresno Regional Wastewater Reclamation Facility Improvements
Description: The project proposes to construct and implement process modifications needed to improve the biological treatment capabilities of the Fresno-Clovis Regional Wastewater Reclamation Facility. The objective of the project is to improve the operational reliability and biological treatment at the wastewater facility. Flows will not increase, and capacity will remain at 88 million gallons per day, as is currently permitted by Waste Discharge Requirement Number 5-01-254. Biological treatment improvements will allow more effective processing of the wastewater, better treating organic loadings to meet discharge requirements.
