Description

Demolition of an existing 163 room hotel and construction of a 250-270 room hotel, a new 1,200 seat conference center, and a 670 space six level parking garage. The project requires an amendment to the Beach and South of Laurel Area Plan, zoning text amendment and rezoning, which are part of the City's Local Coastal Program. The project also requires an Owner Participation Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency and the hotel owner.
