Document Description
Demolition of existing hotel and reconstruction of a 270-room hotel, and construction of an approximately 21,000 sf, 1,000-seat conference center with 40 employee parking spaces, and an approximately 650-space parking structure. The project will require an amendment to the Beach / South of Laurel Area Plan (B/SOL Plan), which is part of the City's certified Local Coastal Plan.
