Title: Victor Valley Water District Oro Grande Wash Percolation Facilities - Pilot Basin #2 Project
Description: Install approximately 1,000 lineal feet of transmission pipeline. Construct two recharge basins containing encompassing about two acres of area. Other facilities to be installed as part of the proposed project include basin inlets, flow meters, related electrical equipment, etc. Once all facilities are operational, the District proposes to recharge up to 1,000 acre feet of potable water from the water distribution system over the next 6-12 months. An existing monitoring well, and other monitoring activities, will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of the recharge program.
