Description: The project proposes to subdivide 10 acres into 2 single-family residential parcels measuring approximately 6 acres and 4 acres (gross). The site is off Niemann Ranch Road in the Community of San Dieguito. Grading will involve 2,800 cubic yards of cut excavation and 2,800 yards of fill. All lots will be on septic.
