- CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0110-R3 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Vast Oak Properties, L.O. and University District LLC. Project is limited to the installation of a sanitary sewer and storm drain line beneath Hinebaugh Creek via a jack-and-bore installation process. The storm drain will be a 36-inch ductile iron pipe that will be located 2.1 feet below the flow line of the creek. The sanitary sewer line will be a 10-inch PVC pipe that will be located 5.9 feet below the flow line of the creek.
