The most recent General Plan has designated the project area for a variety of land uses, including Mixed Use, Rural Estate Residential, High Density Residential, Medium Density Residential, Low Density Residential, Parks, Open Space-Agriculture and Resource Management, and Open Space-Environmental Conservation.
