Jamacha Landfill Desiltation Basin

Description

CDFG intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 (SAA #1600-2004-0046-R5) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the County of San Diego. The applicant proposes to alter the stream to widen the channel, install rip-rap on the banks, and create an earthen berm along the eastern edge of the stream. The channel will discharge into two underground high-density polyethylene culverts, then drain to an aboveground 36-inch HDPE culvert and finally into the proposed desiltation basin.
