Main Street, Porterville, CA 93257. The applicant proposes to install a stormwater outfall in the bank of the Tule River to provide erosion control at a discharge point from a storm drain. No equipment will enter the waterway during construction activities, and no water diversion will occur. Restoration will include grading and replanting disturbed areas with native vegetation.
