Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Baldomero Rodriguez, City of Porterville Department of Public Works, 291 N. Main Street, Porterville, CA 93257. The applicant proposes to install a stormwater outfall in the bank of the Tule River to provide erosion control at a discharge point from a storm drain. No equipment will enter the waterway during construction activities, and no water diversion will occur. Restoration will include grading and replanting disturbed areas with native vegetation.
