- The Vallejo Sanitation and Flood Control District is proposing to construct and operate a new storage facility near the existing WWTP on Ryder Street in Vallejo, California. The primary purpose of the Proposed Project is to prevent unauthorized overflows and discharges by August 2006. The new storage facility will have a capacity of approimately 8.6 million gallons and will be primarily operated in the winter anf serve as a backup facility to existing iperations during wet-weather events to prevent unauthorized discharges.
