Document Description
The District is proposing to construct and operate a new storage facility approximately 8.6 million gallons in capacity in order to prevent unauthorized overflows and discharges by August 2006. The Proposed Project would consist of an approximately open storage basin located immediately south of the existing Ryder Street WWTP and referred to as the Ryder Street property. The new storage facility will be primarily operated in the winter and serve as a back-up facility to existing operations during heavy wet-weather events to prevent unauthorized discharges.
