Description
The proposed project involves two amendments to the Circulation Element of the City of Ventura's Comprehensive Plan. One amendment would change the classification of the segment of Ventura Avenue between Dakota Drive and Main Street from a Primary Arterial to Collector. The other amendment would revise level of service (LOS) standard from LOS C to LOS D in specified neighborhoods in the City of San Buenaventura.
