Document Description
The proposed project involves two amendments to the Circulation Element of the City of Ventura's Comprehensive Plan. The first amendment would change the classification of the segment of Ventura Avenue between Dakota Drive and Main Street from a Primary Arterial to Collector. The second amendment would change Program 2.3.2 under Circulation Element Policy 2.3 to establish LOS D as the acceptable level of service for intersections within the urbanized portions of the Downtown, Midtown, and Westside neighborhoods in the City of Ventura.
