- The DTSC has approved the CP and CAR for clearance of the Former Denova Hazardous Waste Facility for commercial and industrial use by the Target Corporation. The CP and CAR were designed to remediate hazardous waste contamination at the Facility and to ensure that human health and the environment are fully protected. The CP and CAR also include an Operations and Maintenance Plan and a Land Use Covenant for the Facility.
