Document Description
Within the approximately 220-acre project site, the proposal provides for necessary site preparation and grading, and construction of new warehouse distribution facilities totaling approximately 3.3 million square feet. The project also provides for employee and truck trailer parking areas, designated outdoor storage areas, landscaping, screening, and all supporting roadway and infrastructure improvements.
