Description

The project proposes construction of the library and parking lot, as well as the necessary infrastructure improvements to support the library. The project site is 7.56 acres and includes 5.33 acres for the development of up to a 21,000 sf library (19,500 sf net usable space) and will include a total of 98 parking spaces, of which 70 will be dedicated to the library and the remainder will be available to support future development. The remaining area would be graded for future development of the Ramona Intergenerational Community Campus (RICC). There are no approved designs for the RICC at this time, and construction of the RICC is not proposed as part of the project. Construction of that project would occur at a later time and would be subject to additional environmental review.
