Document Description
The County of San Diego Department of General Services is proposing to develop a new branch library in central Ramona on the northwest corner of 13th and Main Streets. The project includes the development of a new 15,890 square foot library and 3,660 square foot community support center. The project site is 1.88 acres in size. The library building will front Main Street and the community support buildng will front 13th Street. Behind the buildings will be a parking lot with 65 parking spaces, including 3 handicapped parking spaces. Vehicular access to the site will be by way of a right turn only lane off of Main Street and by way of a driveway off of 13th Street.
