The construction of an interim elementary school on an approximate 8-acre site capable of accommodating up to 450 students which shall include 19 relocatable classrooms, 1 relocatable administration building, 1 relocatable library, 1 relocatable food service building and playground and parking areas building which shall subsequently be replaced by a permanent elementary school capable of accommodating up to 740 students and which shall consist of 31 permanent classroom buildings, an administration/ library building, a multi-purpose building, support spaces and playground and parking areas.
