The goals and policies for the Coastal Zone are furthered based on the requirements of the Coastal Act of 1976 and the Coastal Commission's LCP Update Guide. A General Plan Amendment to the San Dieguito Community Plan by replacing its land use section with the Board-adopted LCP Land Use Plan.
