Castroville-Elkhorn Bicycle/Pedestrian Path

Description

The proposed project would construct a bicycle/pedestrian path in northern Monterey County along Castroville Boulevard. A Class 1 path would be separated from the roadway and no northward on the east side of Castroville Boulevard to Del Monte Farms, where it would become a Class III path . The path would be constructed along the southeast edge of Castroville Boulevard where it crosses Moro Cojo Slough for a distance of approximately 200 to 250 yards and would be built within the road right-of-way.
