Title: Delta Breeze Vineyard In-Stream Dams and Reservoirs
Description: Delta Breeze Vineyards, LLC is proposing to construct and operate four earth fill dams and in-stream reservoirs. These four dams will be on intermittent streams that flow into Burns Valley Creek, north of Clearlake, Lake County. Burns Valley Creek flows into Clear Lake. The four reservoirs will store up to 136.2 acre-feet of streamflow and well water for irrigation and frost protection purposes for the existing 189-acre vineyard. The in-stream reservoirs will be operated as water storage facilities whose water source is primarily groundwater pumped to the reservoirs from existing groundwater wells on the property.
