The construction and operation of four earth fill in-stream dams and reservoirs located on intermittent streams that flow into Burns Valley Creek which flows into Clear Lake. The four reservoirs will store up to 136.2 acre-feet of streamflow and well water for vineyard irrigation and frost protection purposes.
