- Description
- The University proposes construction of 732 beds in suites and apartments for occupancy by sophomores and upper division students. The suites will house 4-6 students in single and double bedrooms while the apartments will provide single room occupancy for 2-4 students. Both unit types will be located in three, four-story, wood-frame buildings. All fire alarm systems will meet campus and Fire Marshal regulations. The project will be compliant with the American with Disabilities Act. Appropriate lighting on the grounds and in the buildings will promote a safe environment. Parking is included to meet the demands associated with this project.
