Document Description
The North Quad Student Housing Project is a residential project located within the CSUMB consisting of three courtyard suite buildings, four walk-up apartment buildings, a total of 706 beds and parking for approximately 550 cars. The project incorporated open spaces, including courtyards and recreational amenities and is consistent with the CSUMB Master Plan and Ford Ord Reuse EIR.
