Title
Paicines Ranch Resort PUD Rezoning & Development Agreement
Description
The applicant is proposing to reclaim a gravel and rock mining site for agricultural use. The 6.39 acre site, situated adjacent to the San Benito River, was mined for gravel and left as a 12-foot deep gravel pit. The mining operation left the property surrounded on the river boundary by a levee at 280+ foot elevation. The proposal is to reclaim the site by refilling with approximately 73,000 cubic yards of fill material to a depth of between 10 and 12 feet within the confines of the existing levee. The end use proposed for the property is to be as horse stables and pasture for the owner's use. The property is develoed with a single-family residence located on the levee near the southern property boundary.
