Title: SANCO Recyclable Materials Processing Facility
Description: A Conditional Use Permit for 54,000 +/- S.F. processing facility for presorted commercial, industrial and residential recyclable materials on 2.87 acres in the General Industrial zone (M2). The operation would handle up to 250 tons of material per day, generating approximately 325 Average Daily Trips (ADT). The facility would inlcude a 2,500 S.F. truck maintenance building, a truck scale, truck wash area, fueling station, and recessed loading dock. A railroad spur would be extended into the site from the rail line adjacent to the southwestern property line.
