A Conditional Use Permit to develop a processing facility for recyclable (glass, plastic, aluminum, paper) materials handling up to 250 tons of material per day. The project involves the construction of a 54,000+/- SF building which would house the tipping floor, processing area, bale storage, and office space, a 2,500 SF truck maintenance building, a truck scale, truck wash area, fueling station, and recessed loading dock. A railroad spur would be extended into the site from the rail line adjacent to the southwestern property line.
