Description

A special permit, conditional use pemit and zone reclassification to allow construction of a three-story, forty three foot high, craftsman style residence and bed and breakfast inn. The first two floors (10,000 square feet) of the proposed inn will be rented on a nightly or weekly basis, while the third floor (2,000 square feet) will serve as the caretaker's residence. The inn will operate all year round. Meals will be prepared on site for the guests.
