Document Description
A three story craftsman style bed and breakfast inn and residence (43 feet in height). The first two floors of the proposed inn (approximately 10,000 square feet in size) will consist of fifteen rooms, which will be rented on a nightly or weekly basis. The third floor (approximately 2,000 square feet in size) will serve as the caretaker's residence. The inn will be designed to operate all year round, providing services to visitors of Redwood National and State Parks, which are adjacent to the project site. A continental breakfast will be the only meal provided to the guests during this phase of the development.
