The special use permit would allow one freestanding pole sign with a maximum overall height of 60 feet with 4 tenant sign panels and a project name panel (total sign area equals 365.5 sf); and 2 monument signs, each 15 feet tall with a total of 7 sign panels totaling 95.4 sf.
