Title: McKenney Final Map Subdivision
Description: Approval of a tentative map for the subdivision of an approximate 9.2 acre parcel into 22 lots ranging in net size from 5,005 square feet to 5.9 acres. The applicant requests a density bonus to allow for lot sizes less than the 6,000 sf minimum under Section 3602 of the Eureka Community Plan. The project will be served by community water and sewer services from the Humboldt Community Services District. The project also involves an exception request to allow for lots 6, 9, and 10 to be served by a common 20- foot access frontage; Lots 9 and 10 are each proposed to be flag lots with 10 foot wide access strips. This project was previously approved as FMS-05-97 effective March 30, 1999. The project expired prior to recordation of the final map. The project has been modified to include a stormwater detention basin to address stormwater drainage.
