Description

The project involves widening the existing 33 foot wide street to full residential street standards (36 feet wide within a 56 foot right-of-way), including construction of sidewalks on the south side, ac walk and berm on the north side, retaining walls (ranging in height from 2' to 8'), replacement driveways and landscaping. The project includes right-of-way acquisition from an estimated 11 along the south side of the street (13,000 S.F. total) and easement permissions from approximately 5 properties (9,100 S.F. total) along the south side of the street frontage. The project will not change the alignment or increase the number of through traffic lanes.
