The WETP is generally defined as the area encompassing investigation Areas I(partial) and J, and the Western Submerged Lands, Dredge Ponds 1 (partial), 2N, 2M, 2S, 3E (partial), 3W, 4N, 4M, 4S, 5NW (partial), and the historic dredge pond located north of 3W.
