Title: Rez App No. 2001-12, Tentative Parcel Map App No. 2001-10, Exception App No. 2001-06-Campo Di Olivos
Description: Request to change the zoning from A-2-5 and R-A zoning districts to a PD (Planned Development) zone and to create eight parcels ranging from 3.14 to 3.59 acres in size. An exception is being requested to allow access via a private road designed as a gated cul-de-sac in excess of the County's maximum 500-feet in length standard. The project includes payment of $1,000.00 per parcel in lieu of a park fee so as to comply with General Plan policies. Residential development resulting from the project will be served by private on-site water wells and aerobic septic/leach fields systems.
