WesPac Pipelines Ltd.'s Jet Fuel Storage Tank Project - Tenth Avenue Bunker Fuel Facility

Description

A Negative Declaration was prepared evaluating the potential environmental impacts of the reconfiguration and expansion of the existing Tenth Avenue Bunker Fuel Facility. The project proposes to demolish one 25 ft. diameter storage tank, relocate one 25 ft. diameter storage tank, relocate one 60 ft. diameter storage tank, and install one new 95 ft. diameter jet fuel storage tank, thus increasing WesPac's jet fuel storage tank capacity at the Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal (TAMT) from 87,750 to 147,750 barrels. The jet fuel would be delivered to the Lindbergh Field tank farm via the existing San Diego Internatioal Airport Pipeline (pipeline). The Negative Declaration identified no potential impacts resulting from the proposed project.
