Description

The project is a proposal for a modification to an existing Major Use Permit (84-04) to allow for a Christian religious complex and retreat for prayer school on a 23.5-acre lot in Ramona. The modification consists of the construction of a 2,520-square-foot library, a 4,200 square-foot office building, prayer closets, a portable tent on the existing baseball field on a new sign (10 feet by 7 feet). Proposed religious uses for the site include prayer school, Sunday Services and Wednesday, special events, monthly revivals, and weddings. Access to the project site is from Highway 67.
