- Description
- California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA#6-2002-49) pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicants, Ontario Redevelopment Agency and City of Ontario. The applicants propose to replace the open channel storm drain feature with an underground storm drain pipe to accommodate 100-year storm flows. In addition, approximately 13 acres of the sie is proposed for commercial development. The proposed underground storm drain varies from an 8-foot high by 12-foot wide reinforced concrete box to a 66-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe. The underground system will connect the upstream and downstream underground system. The project is located in the City of Ontario in San Bernardino County.
