The Project involves the sale of 12.79-acres of land located at the southwest corner of Fourth Street and Milliken Avenue by the City of Ontario to Lewis Investment Company, LLC for commercial development purposes. The site will eventually be developed with approximately 120,000 square feet of retail commercial building area and associated site improvements. The open drainage channel will be replaced with an underground storm drain system located in Fourth Street between Milliken and Haven Avenues.
