The project consists of a Wendy's fast food restaurant on a 33,778 square foot parcel (Parcel A), the relocation of Caffino's drive thru coffee shop on a 15,574 square foot parcel (Parcel B), and car wash and lube facility on a 31,897 parcel (Parcel D). Parcel C is not proposed for development at this time.
