The project site consists of four parcels on a 4.457-acre site, bordered by a vineyard to the north and east, Bridgehead Road to the west, and Main Street (Hwy 4) to the south. The development will occur on 3 of the 4 parcels totaling 1.87 acres. The site is zoned P-1 (Planned Development for commercial development). The General Plan land use designation is CO (Commercial). The project consists of a Wendy's fast food restaurant on a 33,778 square foot parcel (Parcel A), the relocation of Caffino's drive thru coffee shop on a 15,574 square foot parcel (Parcel B), and car wash and lube facility on a 31,897 parcel (Parcel D). Parcel C is not proposed for development at this time.
