Dannon Natural Spring Water Bottling Facility

Description

Danone Waters of North America (Dannon) has filed a Report of Waste Discharge (RWD) for the on-site discharge of bottle rinsewater to a proposed leach field with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. The water bottling facility began operating in January 2001, and is currently bottling natural spring water for sale in regional markets throughout the western United States. In addition to proposing the construction and operation of a new on-site leach field, Dannon is proposing the addition of a third water bottling production line to the facility some time in the near future, depending on regional market conditions and consumer demand for bottled spring water.
