Title: Old Woolen Mill Remedial Action Plan
Description: The Remedial Action Plan proposes to reuse contaminated soil at the Old Woolen Mill Site by encapsulating the contaminated soil with clean fill and asphalt and/or concrete building slabs. The RAP also contains restrictions that limit excavations to depths less than the thickness of the clean fill. Implementation of a ground water monitoring and reporting program is required to continue following project completion. A deed restriction will be filed with the county assessor's office.
