Document Description
The Remedial Action Plan proposes to spread stockpiled soil and capping it with clean fill and an asphalt parking lot and/or concrete building slabs. The stockpiled soil is contaminated with petroleum hydrocarbons, chromium, lead, and zinc. The maximum concentration of petroleum hydrocarbons in the soils is 630 mg/kg. The metals concentrations are below the respective STLC and TTLC levels. A deed restriction will be filed with the County Assessor's Office to prevent water supply wells from being constructed adjacent to the contaminated soils.
