Description: The project under consideration consists of a request to approve an amendment to the Forster Canyon Comprehensive Development Plan (RZ 01-06) and resubdivision of a portion of the previously approved vesting tentative tract map (4619). The new vesting tentative tract map (VTTM 15609) is intended to allow development of a 279 unit residential subdivision on an 165.5 acre portion of the Pacifica San Juan site. The CDP amendment involves approximately 257 acres site of the total 391.6 acre Forster Canyon CDP area.
