- The project proposes to replace culverts on five intermittent and perennial streams at station locations 7+362, 7+644, 8+325, 9+985, and 10+713. In addition, one 220-foot long reach of Cochran Creek, and one 120-foot long reach of an unnamed tributary to Rocky Gulch will be relocated and restored.
