Proposing to complete a project originally started in 1978, adding six-foot shoulders to both sides and reconstructing Old Arcata Road/Myrtle Avenue from the Eureka City limits to the Arcata City limits. Approximately 3.5 miles of the original 6.7-mile project was constructed. The proposed project is the completion of the remaining 3.2 miles.
