Title: Woodhead Minor Residential Subdivision
Description: The project proposes the minor subdivision of 12.54 acres into 4 parcels plus a designator remainder parcel for single-family residential development. The lot sizes will range from 2.19 to 3.23 gross acres. All lots will have on-site sewage disposal and will rely on imported water from the Rainbow Municipal Water District.
