Document Description
The project proposes the minor subdivision of 12.54 acres into 4 parcels plus a designator remainder parcel for single-family residential development. The lot sizes will range from 2.19 to 3.23 gross acres. All lots will have on-site sewage disposal and will rely on imported water from the Rainbow Municipal Water District. Access to the project site is through Mt. Ararat Way, a private road. The project will dedicate an open space easement and fire buffer easement over the western portion of the property to preclude any impacts to the wetland area that runs adjacent to the western property boundary.
