DFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Laguna Mist LLC. The project consists of channel maintenance to reduce the risk of flooding and increase channel discharge capacity, in accordance with the guidelines of the Salinas River Channel Maintenance Program.
